In the past, I have raised a little money for charity through swimming. Previously I have raised some money for Action on Bladder Cancer.

Bladder cancer is the 4^th most commonly diagnosed cancer in males in the UK. Additionally, it is the only known cancer where the ten-year survival rate in England and Wales is actually lower than it was in the 1980s. Lack of awareness is one key issue as one quarter of men and women in the UK are unable to identify possible symptoms of bladder cancer.

Action on Bladder Cancer (ABC) is the only UK charity purely focused on improving the lives of people with bladder cancer. Their goals are to improve public awareness and medical knowledge of bladder cancer and increase the priority of bladder cancer on the UK health agenda.

Previously, I have managed to raise about £4,000 for charity, however, I am not raising money right now.
